8 of us went here on Saturday 25th Feb We had a meal in restaurant which was great Can not fault the staff who served us Food Drinks and whole night was fab A big thanks to Rob who kindly carried our deposit over from a Christmas booking that we could not attend

I first got an amazing rate with Agoda which has won my vote and preference. From check in I got nothing but a great induction by Ali, the most friendly and knowledgeable staff I met during my short stay. Ali's induction ticked all boxed and beyond. Big shout to Ali. The room was outstanding, cleanliness, facilities, space, view, all in one and very accommodating.

When my kids were little we spent many hours here and it's great that my grandson and little nieces and nephews also enjoy coming here. Lots to do even on a budget. Plenty of food options. It's good for a rainy day, if you can get from the car and inside without getting wet

Wrecked the vibe to be perfectly honest as we was super tiered and could have done with a nap before enjoying the rest of our night. We was really annoyed and not one staff member had the decency to even apologise for the delay. We both decided to leave and just go back home by 9pm the same evening. Very poor experience and a complete waste of money.

No, she replied nothing! I am so upset because I really wanted to do something special. I spoke to the hotel and all they said was sorry, do you want me to put it in the room now? They missed the point!

Unfortunately,I was not allowed in,I don't know why,plus I don't know why my mum's friend advised me to move on which I did and I regret taking his advice

The cricket itself was definitely not a priority for the organisers. It was not a horrible day. Do it once but think hard about spending that kind of money again when the hosts don't mind much about the cricket, just your money

Great place, had a wonderful anime event. Lots of kind friendly people and very attentive staff. I had the pleasure to watch the women's cricket that was on whilst the event was on and I wasn't disappointed!

Staff were friendly and greeted me on arrival. The doors were super secure and gave both a feeling of safety and unnerved you a little at the same time.

It is a good little entertainment place, as there is bowling, mini golf and a cinema. There are a bunch of nice restaurants around to eat. As I live locally, it's one of the best places around/near me.

Not a big casino like I'm used to, but still decent with a few tables and some slot machines. Place was clean, they had servers running drinks and they're fairly cheap!

This is a lovely hotel and all the staff are Glasgow slots very friendly. Great location, lovely rooms and food! Highly recommended definitely 5 star in my opinion

Also we forgot a laptop charger and called to see if we can go collect it ,and the lady who answered said she will return the call in 10 minutes but it turned to be the opposite,she didn’t even call back for feedback if they had found it or not .

All good but vue cinema is not clean and my screen so bad and floor so dirty even full on bin star city should take action for vue cinema for safety ,cleaning and services very bad services .i don’t expect services from vue cinema
